Whether you’ve met with other providers in the past or this is your first time ever reaching out for nutrition counseling -

I’m here to help.

I believe that nutrition is extremely individual and contextual. Your nutritional needs and the strategies we develop to meet them will be specific to you. I’m here to help you sift through the noise of diet culture and develop a relationship with food that feels positive and sustainable.

I specialize in counseling individuals with eating disorders/disordered eating, those looking to learn more about intuitive eating and break-free from the cycle of “chronic dieting”, and athletes at all levels looking to fuel for performance and long-term well-being. All services are conducted virtually on a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

Specialties

Eating Disorder Treatment

I treat clients diagnosed with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, avoidant-restrictive food intake disorder, and other specified feeding or eating disorders.

It is important to note that a formal diagnosis is not a requirement when it comes to seeking help. I treat individuals who are struggling with a preoccupation around food, weight, body image, and/or engaging in disordered behaviors such as restriction, purging, binge eating, and compulsive exercise.

Intuitive Eating

Are you stuck in a cycle of chronic dieting and looking to get out? Maybe you’ve heard the term “intuitive eating” but struggle with understanding how to implement this approach into your own life.

Together we’ll explore your own individual relationship to food, things you’re hoping to address and change, and learn how the intuitive eating framework might be useful in making those changes.

Sports Nutrition

Are you an athlete looking to better understand how to fuel for performance? I have experience working with athletes of various backgrounds including runners, cyclists, triathletes, dancers, figure skaters, gymnasts, and more.

It can be challenging to figure out what your body needs in the context of training and competition. We’ll work together to figure out what your nutritional needs are and how to meet them so that you can focus on performing your best.
